Thermakor is a fat burner that has received a handful of good reviews online, but many of you, like me, are suspicious of it.
But does it actually work?
On the product’s website, Thermakor claims to do 5 things:
- Boost Metabolism
- Increase Energy
- Suppress Appetite
- Cut Body Fat
- Increase Mental Focus
However, having looked at the ingredients, we’re not that convinced.
P.S. If you’re looking for the best fat burners on the market, I strongly suggest you check out our 3 Highest Rated Fat Burners to find the supplement best for you.
About the Company
Thermakor is an supplements brand that has been around for the last few years and is made by Kor Nutrition.
Who is impossible to find any information about.
Not a Company website, twitter, or even a facebook – nothing.
This is scary stuff when it comes to looking at the legitimacy of the product – that said it has been around for a few years so it must be doing something right.
Regardless, I would take caution when buying from this company.
The Ingredients and How They Work
First of all the servings:
There’s only 2 a day.
This definitely isn’t the best serving amount we’ve seen – by far.
There’s too big of a gap between servings which can slow down your overall progress.
The optimum amount of servings you should be getting a day is around 3 – 4 – this keeps the nutrient supply constant and your body in constant fat burning mode.
Second, the ingredients aren’t the best – take a look:
- Green Tea Extract – 300mg
- Garcina Cambogia – 100mg
- Raspberry Ketones – 200mg
- Green Coffee Bean – 300mg
- Forslean – 50mg
- Hordenine – 25mg
- Caffeine Anhydrous – 150mg
- Salicin – 125mg
- Synephrine – 50mg
Here’s what we saw as the most notable ingredients.
The Good Ingredients
Green Tea Extract
A great thermogenic nutrient – this is down to the catechins in the Green Tea. After being absorbed by your body the catechins promote norepinephrine production.
The fat burning hormone. It can also give you a mild energy boost.
Green Coffee Bean
Another good thermogenic – but this one works with the liver. The chlorogenic acid in the coffee bean helps reduce the amount of glucose in your liver.
Without this glucose your body has to move on to another energy supply, namely your fat cells.
Caffeine
Nothing special about this nutrient – it’s just a great energy booster.
A great natural stimulant for keeping you going in the gym, even when you’re on a low calorie diet.
The Bad Ingredients
Garcinia Cambogia
Thought to be an effective appetite suppressant in the past due to how it seasoned dishes – unfortunately this myth has been debunked.
There is no hard evidence that shows GC to actually suppress your appetite. It will have no effect.
Razberi-K (Raspberry Ketones)
Unfortunately this is another debunked fat burner.
Originally thought to be an effective fat burner, numerous clinical tests exposed Raspberry Ketones as ineffective nutrient – with the only evidence supporting it’s claims being on huge doses
Synephrine
Possibly one of the worst ingredients you can come across in a fat burner. Why?
Because of the side effects.
When mixed with caffeinated ingredients such as Green Tea or caffeine itself, this ingredient causes a wide array of side effects. Read what they our in our side effects section.
As you can see, there’s some good here, but it’s heavily outweighed by the bad.
Nobody wants side effects. If you want to know what you should be looking for in a fat burner, check the link below to see our top rated fat loss ingredients:

Side Effects
The main problem with this product, aside from the servings, is the synephrine – because it causes side effects.
These side effects have been reported whenever this ingredient is combined with caffeine or green tea – like in this scenario.
The most common effects are:
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Raised Blood Pressure
Things that could definitely slow down an effective cut.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Contains Green Tea and Green Coffee Bean
Cons
- Contains some ineffective ingredients
- May come with side effects
- Proprietary Blends

Thermakor Review Conclusion
Overall this is in now way the best Fat Burner out there.
Although there are good ingredients in here like the Green Tea and Green Coffee Bean – it isn’t enough to burn fat.
The servings need to be on point too, and that definitely isn’t the case with Thermakor – with only 2 a day you won’t get the best results.
Add on to that the fact that this supplement may cause side effects and it’s really not looking good.
If you’re looking at Thermakor for you cut, we strongly suggest that you reconsider.
There are plenty of other, better fat burners out there that can give you the results you want without the risk.
