Furious Cuts is one of the newer fat burners on the market, and created by YouTube Celebrity Furious Pete.
The manufacturer claims this product helps promote:
- Fat Loss
- Energy Levels
- Focus
However, once you look past the advertising, you see a slightly different unfolding.
After analyzing the servings and the ingredients in Furious Cuts we realized this supplement wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.
Here’s what we found:
About the Company
FuriousFormulations is a supplements company started by the YouTube Celebrity and competitive eater Furious Pete.
A fitness enthusiast with extensive experience with training and nutrition, Pete claims to have formulated and tested this fat burner himself and has seen some great results.
FuriousFormulations is relatively new and it’ll be interesting to see what other products they release in the future.
The Ingredients and how they work
Unfortunately the servings on Furious Cuts weren’t that great – there’s only one a day.
With one daily dose, you only get a few hours of fat burning benefit per day, after it’s been absorbed and activated the effects fade shortly after. For the best results you need a fat burner with around 3 – 4 servings a day, this ensures constant top ups and round the clock fat burning.

FuriousFormulations have made some good choices when it comes nutrients used in Furious Cuts, although it doesn’t exactly read as a fat burner, more of a pre-workout:
L-Carnitine
A top energy boosting amino acid in the fat burning world. The L-Carnitine has a good dose of 1000mg which should boost both bost energy and metabolism.
Studies suggest 500 – 2500mg so this is in the right area for results.
L-Phenylalanine
Another amino acid, but this this time linked to the release of serotonin and hormones that promote happiness.
Unfortunately however, studies have shown that supplementing this nutrient doesn’t give the desired effects as it is broken down fairly quickly after being ingested.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Possibly the highest rated natural stimulants you can find. Caffeine anhydrous has been linked to both higher energy levels and power output, giving a real kick to your workouts.
The only problem here is the dosage. With 200mg of caffeine per serving, Furious Cuts rivals the potency of some pre-workouts and can potentially lead to side effects in those not used to the caffeine.
Rhodiola Extract
A good choice for both mood and focus, however Rhodiola Rosea doesn’t contribute to fat loss.
L-Tyrosine
Another amino acid that promotes focus, L-Tyrosine has been seen to help with stress reduction, and may help with any side effects you may experience from the caffeine. But from the amount this seems unlikely.
Cayenne Pepper Extract
A potent thermogenic and good for burning fat. Cayenne Pepper works by raising your natural body temperature after absorption. When your body steps in to cool you’ll down, you burn more calories which helps towards a calorie deficit.
Looking closely at Furious Cuts there are some good ingredients in here like the L-Carnitine, Caffeine and Cayenne Pepper – however, there’s not a lot ingredients in here that promote fat loss. Only the cayenne pepper.

Side Effects
One of the only issues you’ll have with this fat burner is the caffeine content, with it being such a high dose, there’s a chance of it causing you side effects such as headaches, jitters, high blood pressure and dizziness.
If you’re not used to a lot of caffeine, or already have a lot of it in your diet, we suggest you be cautious when it comes to taking Furious Cuts.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Contains Cayenne Pepper
- May increase focus
Cons
- Poor Serving Schedule
